At Fitter Digital, we have moved away from the "search-and-gamble" approach of traditional directories. With over 30 years in the trade, I know that the best results come from personal coordination, not anonymous lists.
Complete our brief Matchmaking Form. We don't just want to know your budget; we need to understand your timeline, the scope of work, and your specific expectations. This helps us shortlist the most suitable, verified professionals from our network.
Once your request is received, our team personally reviews the details. We match your project requirements against our exclusive list of local, vetted tradespeople. We handle the initial outreach, ensuring that when you get a call, the fitter is already fully briefed on your needs and ready to discuss your project.
To secure your consultation and prioritize your project, we charge a £50 Consultation Fee. This covers the initial assessment of your project and secures your dedicated time slot with one of our vetted, highly-rated professionals.
Note: Should you proceed with the project, this £50 fee is deducted directly from your final service invoice.
We operate on a transparent 10% agency fee. This covers the vetting process, the matching service, and the professional introduction.
Payment Terms: To confirm your booking, this fee is payable 14 days prior to your agreed start date.
Simple Accounting: Any consultation fees already paid will be credited against this total, leaving you with a simple, clear balance to settle before the work begins.
We believe in supporting our clients even after the introduction is made. Throughout your installation, I am personally available if you have questions or need guidance. Whether you need clarity on your plan or just a quick point of contact, I am on the end of the phone to ensure you feel supported throughout the process.
Fitter Digital acts strictly as an introductory agency. We facilitate the connection between the client and the independent tradesperson. While we provide support and ensure our fitters are vetted, Fitter Digital does not take responsibility for the installation, build quality, or any technical issues arising from the work performed by the independent contractor. All contracts for works are between the homeowner and the fitter directly.
